Calling All Chefs

I've mentioned before that I am a good cook. I'm pretty sure, if I was honest lol, that I've mentioned I tend to be timid in the kitchen. Cooking new dishes can overwhelm me until I get the hang of it. So here's my dilema. I bravely got spareribs, which I've never made, and am ready to try something new. Here's were you come in! I want to hear your recipes! Please, help me out!
